Shipping Policy

DOMESTIC STANDARD Delivery (Singapore)
Direct Delivery : Varies depends on package weight.
- 1 Delivery and 1 Re-attempt delivery rules by our third party courier service. In the event of failed delivery attempt, item(s) will be returned to JFC and delivery fee will be charged for re-delivery.
- Lead time for delivery is up to 7 working days, Monday to Saturday.
- Additional charges for delivery to a remote area. Please see the list of restricted area at the end of this page.
- Additional charges for any amendment of delivery location.
- Customer will be liable for shipping fees in the event of a cancellation of order AFTER package is handed to courier, regardless if customer is entitled to free shipping. Shipping fee will be reduced from the refund of the item.

- 1 EXPEDITED Delivery attempt and 1 STANDARD Re-attempt delivery by our third party courier service. In the event of failed delivery attempt, item(s) will be returned to JFC and delivery fee will be charged for re-delivery.
- Lead time for expedited delivery is up to 2 working days, Monday to Saturday.
- Additional charges for delivery to a remote area. Please see the list of restricted area at the end of this page.
- Additional charges for any amendment of delivery location.

We use 3rd party courier service unaffiliated with JFC. We are unable to determine the date and time of deliveries. Tracking number may be provided after package has been shipped.
SELF PICK UP / COLLECTION
A confirmation email will be sent to you once the items have been packed and ready for collection.
Please provide screenshot of the email to collect your item at our fulfillment centre.
