Return Policy
- We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
- All returns and exchanges are determined on a case-to-case basis, at the discretion of JFC.
- Customers will be notified through email once we have received the package.
- Please allow 10 working days for the package to be returned to us.
- If the replacement piece is no longer in-stock, VIP points of equivalent will be refunded instead.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
- Refunds may take up to 3 weeks.
- All return shipping fee will be paid by the customers.
- We do not do offer exchanges or refunds for:
- Manufacturing defect from suppliers.
- Item/packaging damage during transit by postal services.
- Products that have been opened.
- Sale items or gift cards.
- Pokemon Merchandise.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
