Return Policy

  1. We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
  2. All returns and exchanges are determined on a case-to-case basis, at the discretion of JFC.
  3. Customers will be notified through email once we have received the package.
  4. Please allow 10 working days for the package to be returned to us.
  5. If the replacement piece is no longer in-stock, VIP points of equivalent will be refunded instead.
  6. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
  7. Refunds may take up to 3 weeks.
  8. All return shipping fee will be paid by the customers.
  9. We do not do offer exchanges or refunds for:
    • Manufacturing defect from suppliers.
    • Item/packaging damage during transit by postal services.
    • Products that have been opened.
    • Sale items or gift cards.
    • Pokemon Merchandise.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
